Abstract:
The increasing frequency and the gravity of burns dictate the need of nursing this patients in specialized centers.The correct,complete and quick diagnosis and therapeutic sanction, are essential conditions in order to obtain good anatomical and functional results complete psycho-social reinsertion.We present some peculiar aspects about treating a burn patient with more than 35%TBSA(second and third degree burns),that came into our clinic 7 days after injury.The concept of early excision-grafting with skin is the key of the treatment.

Abstract:
In this paper we present a case of a patient with basal cell carcinoma of the parietal region and the reconstructive treatment involving neurosurgery and plastic surgery team approach, using microsurgery techniques. We also present the difficulties of the case as well as the final outcome that we consider the best option for the patient.

Abstract:
Our paper presents a clinical case of sacrococcygeal chordomas with extensive local tissue damages in the bilateral gluteal region, the lesser pelvis and rectum. After paraclinical test (biopsy, RMN) which confirmed the diagnose and a minutely preoperative preparation the treatment was surgically resection of tumor.

Chordomas is a borderline tumor with malignant behavior: extensive local tissue damages, frequent rebound and rarely distant metastasis.

The radical excision of the tumor was difficult because the tumor infiltrated adjacent tissue and bones.

Abstract: The article presents the author’s experience in the electrocution lesions treatment , the prevention of the inherently complications of this lesions , with the object of saving patient’s life and social’ reinsertion . The accumulated experience in the plastic surgery department of the clinical emergency hospital supports affirmation :electrocution is a pluriorganical aggression which treatment involves a very good reanimation and an aggressive , radical , precocious and correct surgical treatment.
